Who we are
PrintGravity is a company that provides production services in Dubai. We do the logistics of physical deliverables such as printed materials, packaging, corporate items and uniforms on behalf of clients who require things to be created and delivered based on a specific set of requirements. We do not plan campaigns and create brand strategies. We do the production part, we receive
the specifications, we organize the production, we check on quality and we see that delivery is as we have agreed.
How We Approach the Work
The major part of our activities is coordination. This involves the use of production plants, material suppliers, finishing suppliers, and logistics partners to take the specifications to the finished product. It is our job to take care of that process and not their clients. We work from clear briefs. The further the information is given at the beginning: the numbers, materials, dates, and locations of delivery, the more work is carried out efficiently. We seek clarifications where things are ambiguous and verify information before production is made. Quality control occurs at different stages: inspection of materials, pre-production samples where necessary and quality check before dispatch. This eliminates mistakes and delivery is made according to what was ordered.
The kind of Projects that we deal with.
Our clients include procurement offices, operations management, marketing offices, event managers, and administrators. Projects are single print jobs, or multi-item company packs, seasonal uniforms, and product launch packaging.
Some clients have one-time fulfillments. Other people organize regular orders or do maintenance supplies. We do both, depending on how much, how often, and how complicated it is.
Where We Operate
We operate in Dubai and provide services to clients within the UAE and the adjacent areas. Delivery is also managed according to the project scope, and we also liaise with logistics providers in case of distributions.
